We have been practicing organic farming techniques for over 30 years and strive to raise healthy produce and beef at a fair price. We pride ourselves on a strong work ethic and traditional family values. When we say "family owned and operated" it truely means that every family member has had a hand in delivering it to your table.
We raise a variety of only the finest organic vegetables such as our own Bloody Butcher cornmeal and polenta. We also raise Black Angus beef , and are expecting to start producing gourmet jellies and condiments soon. All of our products are grown right here at Spring Creek and we use no pesticides, hormones, or other "new fangled" products. Just hard work!
